We offer a 30-day return window for orders across the United States. Return shipping is free within the United States.
Our return region covers all U.S. states. This policy does not offer international returns.
If the packaging has been opened
A 30% restocking fee applies if the product packaging has been opened. Free return shipping does not waive this fee.
No opened-packaging restocking fee applies when the packaging remains unopened.
How to request a return
Return requests will be handled through customer care. The support email, return address and return-label instructions will be published before checkout opens. Please wait for the return instructions before sending an item.
The return-window starting point, refund processing timeframe and instructions for damaged or incorrect items will also be confirmed before orders are accepted.
